50 gallons of non-toxic, long-term fire retardant, a pump, and 100 feet of hose, installed at your home. Installed, inspected, and refilled on a regular cycle as part of the subscription. You can pull the hose around the house.
Long-term retardant keeps working after it dries. Water only helps while it is wet. Heat dries water fast. You are supposed to have already left.
EPA Category IV, the lowest hazard rating. Classified as practically non-toxic. Apply before you leave, or let a defending crew use it after you are gone.
